Shipping and Returns
Estelle Pty Ltd will not dispatch any orders until payment is received. Upon payment every effort is made to dispatch within 24 hours. Delivery can vary depending upon location. Most items will be received within a couple of days after dispatch however in rural locations please allow up to seven (7) days after dispatch before making follow up inquiries.
In the event of an out of stock item being purchased you will be contacted and offered the option of either an alternative product, waiting for the item to be replenished in stock or the order being cancelled with a full refund.
Estelle Pty Ltd closes for Christmas break every year. Usually closure is from 23 December for about three weeks. No orders will be dispatched during closure and the office cannot be contacted.
Initial orders final.
Once the user commits to the purchase the user cannot opt out of the purchase unless in conditions previously mentioned.
Estelle Pty Ltd, at their discretion, chooses a number of methods to dispatch parcels. This can include various courier companies and Australia Post. Some difficulty can emerge in sending to Australia Post boxes because, Australia Post can only carry these goods and Australia Post is limited to more restrictive size limitations than couriers. For this reason, we can only dispatch to Australia Post boxes in exceptional circumstances.
All freight incurs a current minimum charge of $19.25 inclusive of GST. This value is subject to change without notice.
Authority to leave
In the event the user choses to mark the goods to leave unattended Estelle Pty Ltd and subsequent couriers will not be held liable for any missing parcels. In the event of any missing parcel Estelle Pty Ltd will provide shipping information, tracking and courier company details for the user to make contact and follow up. Further assistance will be provided at the discretion of Estelle Pty Ltd following the user exhausting these efforts.
Please note ALL Australia Post delivery methods are automatically deemed authority to leave.
Additional Freight Costs
Freight can be complex because of the locations freight is sent to, the size and weight of products and in some rare cases the inability to mix some products together requiring separate boxes. This invariably results in changes to the freight price that the website has not accurately predicted. The user will be contacted in the event further freight costs are required with the right of the user or Estelle Pty Ltd to withdraw the sale if agreement is not met.
Goods can be collected from Estelle Pty Ltd directly 2/10 Eddie Rd, Minchinbury 2770 without any freight costs. Pickup times are between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.30pm Friday. Estelle Pty Ltd is closed Saturday and Sunday.
Estelle Pty Ltd does not allow returns for change or mind or incorrect choice. Returns can only be facilitated under warranty conditions. Please refer to Guarantee clause.
